The PDP govs forum led by Senator Bala Mohammed, Governor of Bauchi state, is shopping for an ex parte order to pave the way for the party’s NEC meeting.
The Forum, using a proxy, Imam Auwal, has approached a Federal High Court in Gusau under Justice Salim Ibrahim to seek to consummate the deal.
Court documents sighted by this medium showed that the request was made at 8.30am on 22nd October 2024 (today) and filed by one Imam Auwal seeking special order to ensure the NEC meeting holds to pave way for the PDP govs forum group to have their way in the ongoing feud for the soul of the party.
