The Kaduna State Government said the military had rescued five of the kidnapped students of Federal College of Forestry Mechanization, Afaka, Kaduna.
According to the State Commissioner, Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, the Nigerian military informed the Kaduna State Government that the students were rescued Monday afternoon.
Aruwan further stated that the rescued students were presently in a military facility where they were undergoing a thorough medical check-up.
He said the Kaduna State Government would provide updates on further operational feedback to be received on this case.
