Professor Charles Dokubo, former Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, is dead, according to a report by Metrowatchonline.com
He was aged 70 years.
Dokubo reportedly passed away after a brief illness on Wednesday.
The former Niger Delta amnesty boss under President Muhammadu Buhari hailed from Rivers State.
