The team lists for the encounter between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and Bafana Bafana of South Africa in the semi final of the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations, Cote d’Ivoire 2023 are out.
The encounter between the two arch rivals kicks off at 6pm Nigeria time at Stade Bouaké in Bouaké, Cote d’Ivoire.
Super Eagles Manager, Jose Peseiro, has opted to retain Stanley Nwabali in goal, with Ola Aina, William Troost-Ekong, Samuel Osaka Bright, Chinedu Uchelumba and Semi Ajayi providing cover for him in the defence.
In the midfield are Frank Onyeka and Alex Iwobi, while Victor Osimhen, Moses Simon and Ademola Lookman spearhead the attack.
For the South Africans, Ronwen Williams will be in-between the sticks in a team that also parades Siyanda Xulu, Aubrey Modiba, Mothobi Mvala, Khuliso Mudau and Gomolemo Kekana in the defence, Taboo Mokoena, Sphephelo Sithole in the midfield and Evidence Makgopa, Percy Muzi, Themba Zwane in the attack.
