The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Peter Mbah, the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), as the winner of the Enugu governorship election.
He defeated his closest rival, Barr Chijioke Edeoga of the Labour Party
Mba scored 174289 votes to Edeoga’s 157542 votes.
The collation of results had been halted since last night following complaints about votes from Nkanu East LGA.
