…beaten to stupor by voters who could not get ballot papers
An ad-hoc staff of INEC was caught in Lugbe thumb printing ballot papers after declaring that PU 009 does not have ballot papers.
The incident according to witnesses happened in Lugbe primary school PU009 as recorded in the video.
While the voters were pondering on what happened, the youth corp member was seen thumb-printing for APC, they pounced on him.
The unit is said to have over 6000 registered voters.
