According to Makyur, in a statement sent to THE CONCLAVE, “the late Ter Ikyor had a phone conversation with me on Thursday 17th of April and he prayed for me to get strong. Little did I know it would be our last conversation.”
Makyur described the late traditional ruler as a father who imparted so much in him as a son and in many others whose path crossed with thar of the late ruler.
He said the late Jam Igbinde would forever be remembered for the significant legacies he left behind.
Makyur prayed for the soul of Chief Jam Igbinde, and also wished him eternal rest in the Lord.
