President Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday received a National leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and presidential hopeful, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu in Aso Rock Presifential Villa on Sunday.
Tinubu said after his meeting with Buhari that “I came to thank President Muhammadu Buhari for visiting me in London when I had a knee surgery. He demonstrated empathy. He is an exceptional leader.”
His visit was confirmed by a Presidential spokesperson, Femi Adesina.
Recall that Vice-president Yemi Osinbajo and Tinubu had a couple of, or thereabout, days ago met in Abuja.
There has been a rash of campaigns and advocacies about 2023 presidency with Tinubu as the central focus. Osinbajo too is also being insinuated into the 2023 presidential contest.
