The Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HCSF) has decried the abduction of some civil servants around Kabba, Kogi State.

The affected officers were reportedly travelling to Abuja to take part in the ongoing Computer-Based Test (CBT) promotion examinations conducted by the Federal Civil Service Commission.

The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HOCSF), Didi Walson-Jack, said this in a statement issued by her office on Wednesday.

In the statement signed by Eno Olotu, the Director of Information in the HOCSF office in Abuja, she described the incident as distressing and unfortunate.
