Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawaru has responded to online speculation that arose from her lively presence in viral videos.
The controversial lawmaker firmly rejected every rumour about her being addicted to drugs.
The rumours intensified after Nigerian music star 2Baba openly acknowledged his romantic link with her.
Videos showing her lively and energetic moments with the singer made some critics wonder where her endless energy comes from.
In an interview with entertainment journalist Stella Dimoko Korkus, Natasha clarified that her energy was just a sign of her youthful spirit.
Despite the controversy, Natasha stated that she was not bothered by online criticism.
She said, “I entered the Assembly at the age of 28, I am 29 right now, so when people see people with that kind of energy, what do you want them to say?
“All this alleging and alleging, I don’t care about them because I am who i am and a happy person…I don’t even have an Instagram account so i don’t get to see or read all these allegations…I am not personally on any social media so whatever you are telling me now that people are alleging will be the first time i will hear it…..
“Those were opened by my team and they run it and post things not me and i stopped them from telling me about the lies being posted about me online..I am focusing on my career and i am blazing on it and that’s all i care about….”
