Hon Dalori and the burden of managing acting national chair of APC, By Dr Aliyu Ibrahim

Hon Ali Bukar Dalori, is the Acting National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, that party, on whose plank the current federal administration, is powered, alongside governorship leadership figures in 24 states, while the embattled People’s Democratic Party, can only boost having a hold on just 10 states, with APGA, NNPP and LP, having a state each.

So far the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu led Federal Administration, had just marked it’s two years in office, listing its catalogue of democratic scorecards, which more of a mid term review, in the ability of elected representatives to manage the gains of their electoral successes by way of returns on electoral investments.

Looking at the development administrative rating of the APC powered federal administration, a lot had been achieved under the political leadership of His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, President,Commander▪︎In▪︎Chief of the Armed Forces, Federal Republic of Nigeria.

These brilliant administrative scorecard recorded by the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu led administration and ignorantly being criticized by some so- called members of the opposition parties, ” as not being enough evidence of performance “, in their narrow-minded understanding “, contrary to these dysfunctional worldviews, are by any standards, very credible, cogent and verifiable milestone mid▪︎term achievements.

Besides, the lines achievement by His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, are commendable, given the enormous burden on the shoulders of the administration and coupled with global economic recession, experienced in the last two years of this government.

As the party prepares to hold its national convention in December 2025, which is a routine exercise constitutionally required by all political parties as part of the Independent National Electoral Commission { INEC } guidelines, there is a huge task before Hon Ali Bukar Dalori, as the Acting National Chairman of APC.

However, given the exceptionally unique nature of his personality development schemes, which are founded on creativity, innovativeness, wisdom, skilled competences, cognitive and instinctual reasoning, amongst many other divinely endowed human attributes, Hon Ali Bukar Dalori as Acting National Chairman, would surmount whatever issues, values and norms that may appear as challenges.

A two term, lawmaker at the Borno State House of Assembly, who had horned himself early on, in his political career, first as Councilor and later Chairman of his native home , Konduga Local Government Area of Borno State, Hon Ali Bukar Dalori, is definitely no stranger to issues of political interests- aggregation, party intrigues, power-play, power-game and lines of both behaviour-compliance and behaviour- discrepancies in politics.

From all assurances, Hon Ali Bukar Dalori, the urbane man of all seasons, is set to place the All Progressives Congress party, on a sound footing in six months, which in many respects, would be viewed by most curious Nigerians, from within and outside the APC family bloc as a litmus test, being a stable and balanced personality with focus, sense of purpose, uncommon zeal and courage.

While we congratulate him on his well deserved appointment as Acting National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, a party, he was part of its founding member and helped to nurture to its present stage, navigating through any administrative matters of interest or possible disagreements, would not be a stumbling block for quick resolution by him and members of his team, who populate the Central Working Committee of the party,.

Very remarkable is the fact that Hon Ali Bukar Dalori, long struck very cordial working relationship profiles with these gentle men of honour and distinction, over the years.

As a highly esteemed, well-cultured, disciplined humble, hardworking and GOD-fearing political leadership figure, all APC chieftains, members and supporters nationwide, are not in doubt about the leadership capacities of the acting National Chairman to provide quick-interventionist solutions to matters of party interests, as they crop up for urgent attention, which is the hallmark of leader.

By virtue of his political tenacity and sagacity, steering the affairs of the party, leading to the last days before the party, will hold its convention, is certainly assured and an established statement confidence which all APC chieftains, members and supporters nationwide, can take to the bank.

The appointment of Hon Ali Bukar Dalori, would no doubt, help in consolidating on the very credible milestone achievements recorded by his predecessor, His Excellency, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, the two Executive Governor of Kano State, who had recorded lots of forward-looking achievements in the two years of the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu led administration.

The fact that Hon Ali Bukar Dalori,,is going to re -unite the APC as the political party in power, across all the states of the Federation, given his antecedents as the pioneer Coordinating Chairman of all the APC State Forum Chairmen, in Nigeria, is a cheering development.

For Hon Ali Bukar Dalori, it is a cogent and verifiable fact that he , like most of his political peers nationwide, had all your names, written in gold as key players of the once historically premised zero party Councilorship /Chairmanship experience of the political transition program of the defunct President Ibrahim Babangida led administration and we expect to tap from your rich reservoir of knowledge-premised experience to bring value addition as we look forward to the pre – national convention days ahead, preparatory to the 2027 presidential and general polls.

At least, your early and exceptional experience in grassroots political interests-aggregation, in the believe and conviction the National Agenda For Tinubu 2027 { NAFT.27}, has placed you on very solid pedestal as the APC Acting National Chairman of our great party .

It has also presented you as a leadership personality,who possess the instinctual capacity, knowledge-base, skills-set competences, experience and brilliance to function effectively, all through your tenure as may be duly directed by the President, Commander-In-Chief, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.

As this two -time former Borno State lawmaker, now acting National Chairman of the APC settles down to begin his official primary assignment, there are lots of expectations, from within and outside the establishment circles of the government, including keen observers of the polity as to how he would manage and navigate the challenges that lay ahead.

Being a man of subtle creativity laced with high degree of emotional , cognitive, investigative, social and native intelligence, the National Agenda For Tinubu 2027, predicts that Hon Ali Bukar Dalori, is set to spring huge surprises in his new national assignment besides managing and repositioning the great party.
