President Muhammadu Buhari is on his way back to Nigeria after an 18-day sojourn in London, the United Kingdom where he had gone to attend the Global Education summit after which he continued with his scheduled medical vacation.

Armed policemen were seen Friday evening meaning strategic positions on the president’s route from the airport to the Presidential Villa.

The development was consequent upon the transmission of police messages, deploying policemen in the president’s route

A police wireless message dispatched Thursday by the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command to all Sector Commanders and Divisional Police Officers alerted Nigerians to the President’s scheduled return.
