Mr Okorie Okorie, President, Nigeria Youth Organisation (NYO) has restated the organisation’s indivisibility and unalloyed commitment to President Bola Tinubu’s renewed Hope agenda.

Okorie said this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria on Thursday in Abuja.

He said Tinubu’s actions had shown that he was ready to build a country that every Nigerian would be proud of in the future.

“We seize this medium to reaffirm our strong support, belief and solidarity to the Renewed Hope Mantra of President Asiwaju Bola Tinubu’s led administration.

“We disassociate the Nigeria Youth Organisation (NYO) from some individuals parading themselves as representatives of the NYO but have are too old to be called youths or sacked from the organisation since 2021,” he said.

Okorie, who reaffirmed the organisation’s total support for Tinubu, said the organisation was committed to building a virile, more united and progressive Nigeria.

He urged the public to disregard the unscrupulous activities of some dissident members of the organisation whose aim, he said, was to polarize it.

According to him, those persons as mentioned are not working or speaking for NYO, therefore the general public should disregard them.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the current leadership of Nigeria Youth Organization was elected in 2023. (NAN)
