He explained that the cadre would enhance the participants’ knowledge, skills, and capability and foster better synergy among the security agencies in tackling the security challenges in the Northwest zone.

The GOC called on the participants to pay close attention during the lectures and apply their newly acquired knowledge in ongoing operations to achieve the desired objectives of the cadre.

Major General Mutkut also said that the cadre aligned with the vision of the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lieutenant General Faruk Yahaya, to have a professional Nigerian Army that was prepared to accomplish assigned missions within a joint environment in the defense of Nigeria.

The participants in the cadre were selected from various formations and units of the armed forces, including paramilitary agencies within 8 Division Areas of Responsibility.

The training programme lasted for five days and aimed to equip the participants with the necessary skills and knowledge for effective joint planning and coordination in the field.
