Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, is expected to meet with the Speaker of the Ghanian Parliament on Wednesday to explore ways of resolving the issues with Nigerian traders in Ghana.
The meeting is also to seek ways of strengthening the ties between the countries.
Gbajabiamila disclosed these at a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday.
The speaker briefed the President on the issues and
stated that President Buhari was keen on exploring all ways including legislative and parliamentary diplomacy to resolve issues amicably between Ghana and Nigeria.
The Speaker also took the opportunity to present the updated 9th House of Representatives Legislative Agenda to the President.
