Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila said on Tuesday that the Labour Party “tsunami” would have swept him off were it not for God and his personal resolve to stand strong.
Gbajabiamila jokingly and in a passing remark on the LP and Peter Obi phenomenon said: “Look at this labour party, that no one gave a chance, almost sweeping everywhere like a tsunami.
He said they tried to unseat him, but he had to stand strong and firm like the Rock, pointing out that if not, they would have taken his seat, too.
