Air Commodore Edward Gabkwet has assumed duty as the Director, Public Relations and Information (DOPRI), the Nigerian Air Force (NAF).
This was contained in a statement by Group Capt. Joel Abioye, the Deputy Director, Public Relations and Information, NAF in Abuja on Monday.
Abioye said that Gabkwet took over from Air Commodore Ayodele Famuyiwa at a brief ceremony at the NAF Headquarters, Abuja.
He was the spokesperson for NAF from March 9, 2021 to Jan. 6, 2023 before he was appointed as the Commander, 551 NAF Station, Jos. (NAN)
