The Management of FUTO has just announced the approval of a new School to be known and addressed as ‘College Of Medicine’ among the existing ones on the campus.
This became a reality after rigourous verifications and other related professional activities were concluded by the relevant authorities, as directed by the extant law.
This feat would make it the third School (faculty) to be initiated by the present Management led by the Seventh Substantive Vice-Chancellor (VC), Prof. F. C. Eze.
The first two were: the School of Information and Communications Technology (SICT) and the School of Electrical Systems Engineering Technology (SESET).
These are in addition to the already existing seven Undergraduate Schools in the revered University.
Hence, if any of your wards is nurturing interest to study any medical discipline, you ought to be prepared to enrol FUTO.
It’s noteworthy that the pioneer set of students shall be inaugurated in the impending academic year being 2020/2021 session.
