The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, has announced its 2023 Annual Court Vacation, which is expected to last from Monday, 17th July – Friday, 8th September, 2023.
This was made known in a notice signed by the Chief Judge, FCT-Abuja, Hon. Justice Husseini Baba Yusuf, dated 12th July, 2023 and addressed to all Hon. Judges of the High Court of the FCT.
According to the notice, the vacation was declared by the Chief Judge, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Order 52 Rule 4 of the Rules of the High Court of FCT.
The vacation, according to the notice, would begin from Monday, 17th July 2023 and end by Friday, 8th September, 2023
The court is expected to resume for the new legal year on Monday, 11th September, 2023.
