Eid-el Fitri: Sen. Wadada congratulates Muslim Ummah on completion of fasting

Sen. Ahmed Wadada representing Nasarawa West Senatorial District has congratulated Muslim Ummah in the state and the country at large on the successful completion of the month-long fasting.

Wadada stated this in a statement made available to newsmen in Keffi Local Government area of the state on Friday.
According to him, Eid-el Fitr is not only a celebration of faith, sacrifice and devotion, but also a time to reflect on the virtues of patience, compassion and generosity that Ramadan has instilled in Muslim faithful.
“As we mark this joyous occasion, I urge us all to sustain these values in our daily lives and continue to promote peace, unity and mutual respect within our communities,” he said.

The senator also urged Muslims in Nasarawa State and across the country to use the moment to pray for the continued progress, stability and prosperity of the state and Nigeria in general.
“May Allah (SWT) accept our fasts, prayers and good deeds, and grant us abundant blessings, good health and lasting peace,” he added.
