Shortly after Obaseki’s arrival at the polling unit, supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC) reportedly attacked one another.

Normalcy was reportedly restored and the governor who was sighted in the queue as well others went about voting.
