Edo Broadcasting Service (EBS) is back on air after a year-long break from terrestrial broadcasting.

Managing Director of the station, Sulaiman Aledeh, announced the news od the return to air.
He expressed his excitement and gratitude to the team that made it possible.
According to Aledeh, EBS had incurred significant losses, amounting to millions of naira, due to its absence from terrestrial broadcasting.
Despite initial doubts and hesitation from some team members, Aledeh sought out an external team, and after three trips to Benin, they successfully restored EBS to Channel 45.
Aledeh thanked the State Governor, Monday Okpebholo, for his support and faith in the team, as well as Engineer Evelyn Isikhumen and her team for their hard work.
“This is just the beginning, and I am confident that more victories lie ahead,” Aledeh said.
