A former Senate President and presidential aspirant on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Dr Bukola Saraki, has led the #Lagos4Lagos Movement into the PDP.
This development is expected to culminate in a seismic political shift in Lagos with the PDP advantageously positioned to reap from massive exodus of politicians to the opposition party ahead of the decisive 2023 presidential poll.
Saraki’s aspiration is as significant as his politics and politicking that had seen him build bridges of understanding and fraternity across the North and South of the country.
He had deployed his position as Senate President from 2015 to 2019 in building political structure that benefits from consistent rapprochement and synergy across the country.
