Nigerian chef and entrepreneur, Hilda Effiong Bassey, popularly known as Hilda Baci, has broken the previous Guinness World record for the longest cooking time held by an individual.
Reports said that Hilda Baci was now on her way to setting a record for the longest cooking time held by an individual.
The longest cooking time held by an individual had been 87 hours, 45 minutes, set by an Indian known as Lata Tondon.
Hilda Baci had set a target of 96 hours before embarking on the feat.
