The Special Assistant to Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa on Youth development, Comrade Okiemute Sowho has been reported killed by suspected assassins in Sapele.
Thexpressng.com online newspaper reported sources to have said that the 40-year-old governor’s aide was shot dead about 6 p.m. on Saturday near a popular hotel.
He was reportedly rushed to a hospital by sympathisers in a bid to save his life but was unfortunately confirmed dead on arrival by the doctors on duty.
