A former Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development under the late President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua administration, Abba Sayyadi Ruma, is dead.
He was aged 59.
A report by Daily Independent said that Ruma, an indigene of Katsina state, died in a London Hospital on Wednesday afternoon (October 27, 2021).
