In a significant move aimed at advancing empowerment initiatives for the residents of Kano and its environs, Senator Barau Jibrin, the Deputy President of the Senate, distributed 60 Sharon cars on Sunday at the Meena Events Centre, Kano State.

The distribution ceremony was attended by thousands of constituents, supporters, and well-wishers.

According to his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity Ismail Mudashir, the recipients of the generous gesture spanned various sectors within the state, encompassing traders, farmers, civil servants, and politicians.

Senator Barau, represented by his Chief of Staff, Professor Muhammad Ibn Abdullahi, emphasized the inclusive nature of the initiative, reaching diverse segments of the population.

The primary objective of this distribution, as articulated by Senator Barau during the event, is to facilitate the mobility of the beneficiaries in their daily activities, whether commuting to work, managing businesses, or tending to agricultural ventures.

“We are gathered here today for the distribution of 60 cars as part of the Deputy President of the Senate’s ongoing efforts to empower and make our people self-reliant.
