The National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has constituted a Post-Primary Reconciliation Committee (PPRC) for Ekiti State.
In a statement, National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, said former Senate President David Mark will serve as the chairman, while Senator Sanusi Daggash will serve as secretary of the Committee charged with the sole mandate of reconciling all stakeholders in Ekiti State including all aspirants in the just concluded governorship primary election in the state.
He said this is in line with the commitment of the NWC to ensure an amicable resolution of all issues as the Party sets for a victorious governorship election in Ekiti State.
Other members of the committee include Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde as co-chairman, former Senate President, Dr. Adolphus Wabara, Senator Mrs. Zainab Kure, Dr. Prince Charles Akitoye, Sergeant Awuse, Col. Bala Mande and Chief Shuaibu Oyedokun.
The NWC urged all aspirants, leaders, critical stakeholders of the party in Ekiti State to remain focused on the success of the PDP in the forthcoming governorship election in the state.
