Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc has announced a revenue of ₦626.24 billion for the nine months ending September 30, 2025, showing a 29 percent rise compared to ₦484.43 billion earned in the same period of 2024.
The company’s unaudited financial report submitted to the Nigerian Exchange Limited revealed that although revenue increased, Dangote Sugar still recorded a post-tax loss of ₦10.59 billion, a major improvement from the ₦184.36 billion loss reported last year.
The company linked the reduction in losses to better operational performance, lower finance costs, and recovery from earlier fair value losses on its assets. Gross profit surged to ₦90.06 billion from ₦19.82 billion recorded a year earlier, driven by higher sales and tighter cost control. Administrative expenses, however, rose to ₦20.53 billion from ₦11.83 billion in 2024.
