Coalition of Registered Political Parties (CRPP) in Edo State has conferred an award of excellence on the immediate past Minister of State for Budget and National Planning, Prince Clem Ikanade Agba.
CRPP said that Prince Agba was given the award in recognition of his contribution to the socio-economic development of Edo State and Nigeria.
The award was received on behalf of Prince Agba by Hon Segun Bode Adedeji, a senior staff member at the University of Benin, at a special ceremony in Benin on Ssturday.
Responding to the news of the award, Agba thanked the CRPP for the recognition and promised to keep serving the country to the best of his abilities.
He said, in a post on his social media handles, “I am honoured by the Award of Excellence bestowed on me by the Coalition of Registered Political Parties (CRPP), Edo State, today (July 15, 2023) in acknowledgment of my contributions to socio-economic development efforts in our state and dear country.
“I thank the CRPP for this recognition and pray that the Almighty God continues to grant me the wisdom, vigour, and opportunities to keep serving to the best of my abilities.”
