▪︎Over 1 million persons vaccinated
Nigerian Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has reported that Nigeria has total of 164,000 confirmed cases of COVID-19 infections as 89 new infections were reported on Tuesday.
The NCDC, in its daily update on Coronavirus, said 45 patients recovered and were discharged from various isolation centres and no fatality was recorded.
A State-by-State analysis of the fresh cases revealed the following; Lagos-19, FCT-15, Adamawa-12, Akwa Ibom-10, Cross River-9, Rivers-6, Ogun-6, Kano-5, Kaduna-4 and Osun-3.
Till date, Nigeria has registered 154,270 recoveries and 2,061 deaths.

Meanwhile, the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) said a total of 1,043,737 persons have been vaccinated against the deadly virus across the 36 States.
