COVID-19 Updates: Rivers tops as NCDC confirms 120 new cases

Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), on Monday night, announced 120 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 59,465 cases.
For the second day running, the agency said there was no new death in the country, as the total fatality figure still stood at 1,113.
The data from the agency disclosed that 183 patients were discharged in the last 24 hours, 7,401 were still active cases while a total of 50,951 patients had been successfully managed and discharged.
The health agency disclosed that Rivers had the highest record of the new cases with-65, FCT-12, Ogun-9, Katsina-8, Anambra-7, Bauchi-5, Oyo-5, Nasarawa-3, Kaduna-2, Kwara-1, Taraba-1, Imo-1 and Delta-1.
Total confirmed cases in Nigeria- 59,465
Total discharged cases- 50,951
Total deaths- 1,113.
