Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases have increased by 62 across the country, accordinh to data posted by Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC.
The figure has pushed up the total number of recorded cases countrywide at 165,055.
NCDC, in its daily record update, showed that Lagos had 38 new cases, while Kaduna and Ondo had 6 apiece and Ogun had 3.
The data released further showed that Akwa Ibom, FCT and Rivers recorded 2 respectively, while Edo, Kano and Oyo reported for 1 each.
There was no record of COVID-19-related death in the last 24 hours under review.
The number of deaths countrywide stood at 2,063 deaths as of Wednesday reporting time.
The total number of discharged cases was also recorded to be 155,041.
