The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), on Tuesday night, announced 624 new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of infections in the country to 41, 804 cases
The Centre said 8 new deaths were recorded in the country as the deaths figure also increased from 860 on Monday night to 868 on Tuesday night.
The data from the health agency also revealed that there are 22,172 active cases, while 18,764 patients had been successfully managed and discharged.
