The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Sunday night, confirmed 490 new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of infections in the country to 24,567 cases
The health agency said 7 new deaths were recorded in the country as the deaths figure also increased from 558 on Saturday night to 565 on Sunday night.
The Centre also revealed that there were 14,995 active cases in the country, while 9007 patients had been successfully managed and discharged.
