Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), on Saturday night, announced 453 new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of infections in the country to 46,140 cases.
The Centre said 6 new deaths were recorded in the country as the deaths figure increased from 936 on Friday night, to 942 on Saturday night.
The data from the health agency also revealed that there were 12,154 active cases, while 33,044 patients had been successfully managed and discharged.
