Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), on Monday night, announced 290 new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of infections in the country to 46,867 cases.
The Centre said 5 new deaths were recorded in the country as the deaths figure increased from 945 on Sunday night, to 950 on Monday night.
The data from the health agency also revealed that there were 12,571 active cases, while 33,346 patients had been successfully managed and discharged.
