Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), on Friday night, announced 160 new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of infections in the country to 53,477 cases.
The health agency disclosed Plateau recorded 44 of the 296 cases, followed by Lagos-27, Katsina-18, Edo-15, FCT-14, Ondo-10, Oyo-9, Kwara-6, Abia-4, Nasarawa-4, Kano-3, Ekiti-2, Kaduna-2, Kebbi-1 and Ogun-1
The data from the health agency revealed that there are 11,449 active cases while 41,017 patients had been successfully managed and discharged.
