Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), on Sunday night, announced 133 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 61,440 cases.
The data from the agency disclosed that 54 patients were discharged in the last 24 hours, 3,704 were still active cases while a total of 56,611 patients had been successfully managed and discharged.
The health agency disclosed that Lagos had the highest record of the new cases with-90, Rivers-13, FCT-8, Kaduna-8, Oyo-6, Ondo-3, Katsina-2, Nasarawa-2 and Plateau-1.
