Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), on Sunday night, announced 163 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 60,266 cases.
The agency said there were no new deaths in the country, as the total fatality figure stood at 1,115.
The data from the agency disclosed that 24 patients were discharged in the last 24 hours, 7,416 were still active cases while a total of 51,735 patients had been successfully managed and discharged.
The health agency disclosed that Lagos had the highest record of the new cases with-113, Kaduna-21, Osun-8, Ondo-5, Oyo-5, Ogun-3, Bayelsa-2, Taraba-2, Edo-1, FCT-1, Katsina-1 and Plateau-1.
Total confirmed cases in Nigeria- 60,266.
