COVID-19: Lagos discharges 5 foreign nationals, 24 others

Lagos State Government on Tuesday announced that 29 patients of coronavirus have been discharged from various isolation centres in the State.

The State incident Commander, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu disclosed this during the daily update on the pandemic in the state.

“Good people of Lagos, Today, 29 #29 COVID-19 patients; 7 females and 22 males including 5 foreign nationals were discharged from our Isolation facilities to reunite with the society,” Sanwo-Olu said.

He added that 6 patients were discharged from Gbagada, 1 from Agidingbi, 7 from Eti-Osa (LandMark) 9 from Onikan and 6 from Mainland Infectious Disease Hospital Isolation Centres

Sanwo-Olu said the patients were discharged after full recovery. He called on residents in the state to practice physical distancing, hand hygiene and use of multivitamin to support their immune system.
