Lagos State Government, on Sunday, said 45 COVID-19 patients had been discharged from various isolations facilities across the state.
This was disclosed by the State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, during the daily briefing.
He said 18 females and 27 males, including 4 foreign nationals, were discharged from the isolation facilities to reunite with the society.
“The patients; 19 from Eti-Osa (LandMark) 11 from Onikan and 15 from LUTH Isolation Centres were discharged after full recovery and testing negative to COVID19,” Sanwo-Olu said.
He explained that “this development brings to 1740, the number of COVID-19 confirmed cases that have been successfully managed and discharged from the state isolation facilities.”
The Governor reminded people in the state that it was now a criminal offence to go out in the state without using a facemask.
