A court in Anambra has restrained INEC from accepting any person as a PDP Candidate for the November 6 governorship election in the State, pending the determination of a suit filed before it by Senator Ugochukwu Uba.
The court also specifically ordered Valentine Chineto Ozigbo from parading himself as PDP factional candidate.
There’s fear in political circles that PDP may not have a candidate in the forthcoming election, if the legal issues are not quickly resolved.
