A Justice of Nigeria’s Court of Appeal, Justice Raphael Chikwe Agbo, has passed.
He died on Tuesday, July 04, 2023, at the age of 69 years old.
Justice Agbo reportedly died in Calabar, according to a report by TheNigeriaLawyer quoting a senior lawyer who confirmed the development.
According to the source, he (Justice Agbo) was getting ready to retire in October 2023 and had an underlying diabetes condition.
Agbo was admitted to the bar in 1978, and was appointed as a member of the Court of Appeal in 2005.
