President Muhammadu Buhari has sent a letter of condolence to Professor Ralph Akinfeleye over the sudden death of his wife.
The letter, signed by Femi Adesina the President Special Adviser Media, read:
“President Muhammadu Buhari prays for God’s comfort for Prof. Ralph Akinfeleye and family at the trying period of grief, with the passing of his wife of many years, Mrs. Carol Anike Akinfeleye.
The President condoles with family, friends and associates of Mrs Akinfeleye, whose good work will continue to speak, particularly about the many lives she touched with her trademark charity, kindness and love.
As the family peparess for the final rites of the deceased, who was the Yeye Gbekonuyi of Idanre Kingdom and a former school Principal and Director of Education in Lagos State, the President urges full trust in the Almighty God for strength and direction.
President Buhari prays that God will grant the departed wife and mother a peaceful rest.”
