President Muhammadu Buhari, on Sunday, expressed sadness on the fatal crash of Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Beechcraft KingAir B350i aircraft in Abuja.
In a statement by his Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, the President joined the Nigerian Air Force, the military and other Nigerians in mourning the dedicated and courageous officers, who died in the line of duty.
President Buhari noted that while investigations into the cause of the crash were ongoing, the safety of the Nigerian airspace remained a key priority of the government.
He prayed that God would comfort the bereaved families and nation, and grant the souls of the departed peaceful rest.
