The Police have arrested one of the National Assembly candidates of the All Progressives Congress in Osun East Senatorial District.
According to the information gathered by our Correspondent, the candidate who is contesting for the second time was arrested on Wednesday in connection with a criminal case being investigated by the police.
Sources informed this medium that a suspect who was last week arrested in Osun had allegedly mentioned the APC candidate’s name which led to his arrest.
The APC candidate was whisked away by the police to Lagos on Wednesday, according to sources.
