The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has disqualified Bamidele Akingboye and Godday Erewa from contesting in the party’s gubernatorial primary election for Ondo State
Sokoto State Governor, who is also the chairman of the screening panel AminuTambuwal, made this known at the end of the exercise.
The party gave a clean bill to Eyitayo Jegede, SAN, Eddy Olafeso, Ebiseni Sola, Agbola Alfred Ajayi, Kunlere Boluwaji, Okunomo Banji Ben and Ayorinde Bode to contest the Indirect Primary schedule for July 22.
As of the time of this report, reasons for the disqualification had yet to be disclosed
