Breaking News: Lagos discharges13 more COVID19 patients

Lagos State Government said 13 more COVID19 patients have been discharged from Yaba and Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) Isolation facilities to reunite with the society.

The State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu who is also incident Commander disclosed this on Thursday. He said the patients, 11 males and 2 females are all Nigerians

Sanwo-Olu said the patients were discharged having fully recovered and tested negative to COVID-19 in two consecutive readings.

“The patients, 4 from the Mainland Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba and 9 from LUTH Isolation Centres were discharged having fully recovered and tested negative to COVID-19 in two consecutive readings,” he said.

The Governor further stated that the number of #COVID 19 confirmed cases that have been successfully managed and discharged in the state is now 541.
