The Court of Appeal, Abuja, has reconvened to hear the appeal by the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole, on the Judgment of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) which, among others, restrained him from performing his duties as the National Chairman of the APC.
Qn official of the court had earlier today announced the suspension of the case to a later date to be communicated to parties later.
